PRC Broker – what we know and have as facts about it; This is a trading name of Performance Ronnaru Company Ltd., which is authorized and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under license number 253/14. In addition, PRC Broker is registered in the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under reference number 731259. This license allows it to conduct various financial services, including receiving, transmitting, and executing customer orders.
We have found in the Service Agreement document the orders placed by the client are received by the company and transmitted for execution directly to the liquidity provider – called Straight Through Processing or STP. This means that there is no conflict of interest between the parties.
