This license allows it to conduct various financial services, including receiving, transmitting, and executing customer orders.
We have found in the Order Execution Policy document that the company acts as a principal counterparty to its client’s trades. Part or all of these trades are covered within the company or related entities, which may also act as a market maker for some instruments. This may entail additional risk of conflicts of interest. So, the company may be a market maker whenever it chooses. In general, dealing with market makers involves a conflict of interest because they do not transmit every customer deal and hope that customers will lose. Every loss of customers is their profit.
