FCA Fines Julius Baer International Limited GBP 18 Million

The UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced that it has fined Julius Baer International Limited more than GBP 18 million for failing to conduct its business with integrity, failing to take reasonable care to organize and control its business, and refusing to cooperate with FCA. The company has agreed to settle all charges and qualified for a 15% to 30% discount under the FCA’s enforcement settlement procedures.
