Capex – scammers or a decent broker?

C

Capex – what we know and have as facts about it; Capex is a brand name of Key Way Investments Limited, which is authorized and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under the license number 292/16. This license allows it to conduct various financial services, including receiving, transmitting, and executing customer orders.

We have found in the Terms and Conditions document that Key Way Investments Limited may either execute client order as a counterparty (i.e. act as Principal) in which case the company will be the execution venue or it may transmit client order for execution to a third party (known as Straight Through Processing (STP) or acting as an Agent), in which case the company will not be acting as a counterparty in the order and the Execution Venue will be the third party. This means Capex decides when and how to act with client orders and it may act as a market maker. In general, dealing with market makers involves a conflict of interest because they do not transmit every customer deal and hope that customers will lose. Every loss of customers is their profit.

So far, we have not received any complaints from customers of Capex. If you have any criticism to share with us or feel annoyed by Capex, please fill in the form below, detailing your case. Once we have made your case public, we may attempt to mediate between you and Capex if you wish.
