StreamsFX – what we know and have as facts about; This is a brand name of Streams Financial Services Ltd, which is authorized and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under the license number 292/16. This license allows it to conduct various financial services, including receiving, transmitting, and executing customer orders.
We have found in the Client Agreement document that StreamsFX arranges for the execution of client orders with another entity (the Execution Venue) and will not act as a principal but as an agent in relation to the client. This means the company uses the Straight Through Processing (STP) model to execute client orders. Therefore, a conflict of interest will not arise because the company gains from the volumes traded regardless of whether the client wins or loses.
