Exclusive Capital – what we know and have as facts about it; This is the trade name of Exclusive Change Capital Ltd, which is authorized and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under license number 330/17. This license allows it to conduct various financial services, including receiving, transmitting, and executing customer orders.
We have found in the Client Agreement document that Exclusive Capital does not execute the client orders as a principal to principal against the client. This means that the company is not itself the execution venue for the execution of the client orders. Exclusive Capital uses the Straight Through Processing (STP) model to fulfill client’s orders and this avoids the common conflict of interest between the client and the market maker. The company benefits only from the spread mark-up and the traded volumes.
