Vestle – what we know and have as facts about it; Vestle is a trading name of iCFD Limited, which is authorized and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under license number 143/11. This license allows it to conduct various financial services, including receiving, transmitting, and executing customer orders.
We have found in the Client Agreement document that in relation to any orders placed with the company, it will process such orders either as broker (agent) or Market Maker (principal). It is stated that the company may act both as principal and agent. Therefore, it may act as a market maker whenever it chooses. In general, dealing with market makers involves a conflict of interest because they do not transmit every customer deal and hope that customers will lose. Every loss of customers is their profit.
