This license allows it to conduct various financial services, including receiving, transmitting, and executing customer orders.
We have found in the Terms of Business document that the company may enter into any transactions with clients as a principal or may act on client’s behalf as a broker or an agent. One Plus Capital may use execution brokers or sub-custodians in the discharge of a company’s responsibilities to clients. That means the company may act both as a market maker and as a Straight Through Processing (STP) broker. It may choose not to hedge all customer orders and will take advantage when the customer loses.
