TaoTrade – what we know and have as facts about it; This is the trade name of Vie Finance A.E.P.E.Y, S.A., which is authorized and regulated by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (HCMC), under license number 4/792/20.7.2017. This license allows it to conduct various financial services, including receiving, transmitting, and executing customer orders.
We have found in the Service Agreement document that the company acts as an agent and not as a principal on the client’s behalf, and the company’s sole Execution Venue for the execution of clients’ orders for financial Instruments is Depaho Ltd. TaoTrade uses the Straight Through Processing (STP) model to fulfill client’s orders and there is no conflict of interest like that with market makers.
