ITRADER – what we know and have as facts about it; This is a trading name of Hoch Capital Ltd., which is authorized and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under the license number 198/13. This license allows it to conduct various financial services, including receiving, transmitting, and executing customer orders.
We have found in the Terms and Conditions document that the company executes each client order through the liquidity provider, which acts as client counterparty. For the execution of orders, ITRADER acts as an agent on the client’s behalf and not as a principal. This means that ITRADER acts as a Straight Through Provider (STP) broker. It does not trade against its customers’ positions and only earns money from the spread provided. Therefore, there is no conflict of interest between the parties.
We also found that there were publications about fines imposed by CySEC for possible violations of the Cypriot law on investment services and by Consob in Italy for ensuring the protection of Italian investors. There are also some posts in forums about creating multiple spam accounts to post fake positive reviews, using lies and manipulation practices, and aggressive scam calls.
