Go Markets – what we know and have as facts about it; This is a trading name of GO Markets Ltd, which is authorized and regulated by the Cyprus Securities Exchange Commission (CySEC) under reference number 322/17. In addition, GO Markets Pty Ltd is authorized and regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) under license number 254963. These licenses allow it to conduct various financial services, including receiving, transmitting, and executing customer orders.
In the General Terms and Conditions document for Go Markets Ltd, we found that the company acts as an agent to the client orders, not as principal. This means GO Markets Ltd is a pure STP/ECN brokerage company that transmits all client orders to its liquidity providers. However, the Go Markets Pty Ltd Terms and Conditions document states that Go Markets Pty Ltd acts as a market maker for the purpose of trading financial products. In general, dealing with market makers involves a conflict of interest because they do not transmit every customer deal and hope that customers will lose. Every loss of customers is their profit.
We also found that there are some posts in forums about executing stop-loss orders at the wrong prices, problems with withdrawals, delayed withdrawals, posting false positive reviews, using tricks to play against customers, unjustified closing of winning accounts and poor customer support.
