This license allows it to conduct various financial services, including receiving, transmitting, and executing customer orders.
We have found in the Client Agreement document that all transactions are entered into between clients and the company as principal. Transactions involve opening, or the closing out of, a CFD. All transactions are based upon a price the company quotes and is agreed to by clients. This means that EuropeFX is a market maker and dealing with market makers involves a conflict of interest. In general market makers do not transmit every customer deal and hope that customers will lose. Every loss of customers is their profit.
We also found that there are some posts in the forums about deliberately giving wrong advice, frequently calls pressuring to invest more money and withdrawal issues.
