FINRA Filed a Lawsuit against StockKings Capital

The US Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has filed a complaint against StockKings Capital LLC and its CEO Gregory Antonius Lewis. In 2015, Mr. Lewis began raising funds from potential investors for a business project. He told them that he would create a financial and technological platform that would aggregate and analyze investment portfolios. In a series of unregistered, private securities offerings from 2015 through 2019, Mr. Lewis raised more than USD2.7 million for this business. However, he never launched this platform.
