Dualix – what we know and have as facts about it; Dualix is a brand name of Maxigrid Limited (previously AGM Markets Limited), which is authorized and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under the license number 145/11. This license allows it to conduct various financial services, including receiving, transmitting, and executing customer orders.
We have found in the Market Maker Execution section of the webpage that the company announces itself to be a “middle ground between a market maker and an ECN broker, providing a similar environment and the only thing you must pay is the spread.” However, the Terms and Conditions document states that the company provides its services as a market maker, so the conflict of interest exists. In general, dealing with market makers involves a conflict of interest because they do not transmit every customer deal and hope that customers will lose. Every loss of customers is their profit.
We also found that there are some posts in forums about withdrawal issues, blocking of profitable accounts, poor or no customer support, and aggressive fraudulent phone calls.
So far, we have not received any complaints from customers of Dualix. If you have any criticism to share with us or feel annoyed by Dualix, please fill in the form below, detailing your case. Once we have made your case public, we may attempt to mediate between you and Dualix if you wish.
