The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has revoked the license of investment intermediary Maxiflex Ltd, owner of the EuropeFX brand. The regulator made this decision due to violations of The Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017 by the company regarding the prevention of the use of clients’ funds for its own account.
