CLMarkets – what we know and have as facts about it; Core Liquidity Markets is a trading name of CLMarkets Ltd., which is registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. In 2018 the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) cancelled the license of Core Liquidity Markets Pty Ltd due to non-compliance with customer reporting rules and non-compliance with the requirements for net trading assets (NTA), including insufficient cash availability. The company is currently registered only in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and provides financial services based on this registration: IBC № 24750-IBC-2018.
We have found in the Product Disclosure Statement document that CLMarkets acts as a market maker. In general, dealing with market makers involves a conflict of interest because they do not transmit every customer deal and hope that customers will lose. Every loss of customers is their profit.
We also found that there are some posts in forums about lack of customer support, and high deposit fees.
