BCR – what we know and have as facts about it; This is a brand name of BCR Co Pty Ltd, which is authorized and regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FCS) of the British Virgin Islands under license number SIBA/L/19/1122. This license allows it to conduct various financial services, including receiving, transmitting, and executing customer orders.
We have found in the Terms of Service document that BCR is a market maker and issuer of over the counter (OTC) CFDs. BCR does not act as a client’s agent or broker in relation to transactions of BCR products. BCR acts as a principal, on its own behalf, when it provides financial services to clients. In general, dealing with market makers involves a conflict of interest because they do not transmit every customer deal and hope that customers will lose. Every loss of customers is their profit.
We also found that there are some posts in forums about posting false positive reviews, unjustified account closure and poor or lack of customer support.
