Italy’s Companies and Exchange Commission (CONSOB) has announced that it has continued to block access from Italian territory to five more unauthorized investment and financial websites. They include: allglobalfin.com of Allglobalfin Limited, fmarketx.com of FMarketX, primustrader.com of Primus Trader, royalfx24.com of RoyalFX24, and utradefx.uno of Tradernet Ltd.
CONSOB has the right to order Internet service providers (ISPs) to deny access from Italy to websites offering financial services without the Commission’s authorization. In October 2021, the number of websites blocked by CONSOB passed 540. Most of these websites offer CFD trading in currency pairs and cryptocurrencies. The list also includes websites of entities that steal names, license numbers, etc. of regulated companies to easily deceive investors.
