Interactive Brokers Called the Antitrust Claims against the Company Groundless

I

The online brokerage company Interactive Brokers submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) an updated report on the lawsuits against the company in the third quarter of 2021. Most of these class actions are antitrust, including allegations of illegal antitrust conspiracy involving Interactive Brokers LLC. The company has been named as a defendant in several of these cases.

Interactive Brokers considers that the antitrust claims against the company are groundless and intends to make a motion to dismiss any class action in which the company is named as a defendant.
