CySEC Recalls the Suspension of Depaho’s License

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that at its meeting on 02.11.2021 it decided to withdraw its decision to suspend the license of the financial company Depaho Ltd. According to the announcement, CySEC is satisfied with the company’s compliance with the relevant provision of The Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017. Depaho Ltd, the parent company of FXGM, had to take adequate measures by 19.11.2021 to keep its license. The license of Depaho Ltd was initially suspended in July 2021.
