Golden Brokers – what we know and have as facts about it; This is a trade name of Golden Brokers Ltd, which is authorized and regulated by the VFSC under register number 40546. This license allows it to conduct various financial services, including receiving, transmitting, and executing customer orders.
We have found in the Terms and Conditions document that the company will receive the client orders and transmit them for execution to a third party which will be the execution venue and counterparty in the CFD. The company will not be the counterparty in a CFD. This means that Golden Brokers uses the Straight Through Processing (STP) model to execute the orders and there is no conflict of interest between the parties.
