Hantec Markets Limited Jordan is authorized and regulated as an Intermediary Financial Broker by the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) under license number 51905. These licenses allow it to conduct various financial services, including receiving, transmitting, and executing customer orders.
We have found in the Execution Policy document that Hantec Markets deals with clients as principal and not as agent. This means that it is the execution venue and so clients transact directly with the company and not on an exchange or another external market. This means that Hantec Markets is a market maker and dealing with market makers involves a conflict of interest.
