In addition, professional and institutional clients can deal with Direct Trading Technologies (UK) Ltd, which is authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under the license number 795892. These licenses allow it to conduct various financial services, including receiving, transmitting, and executing customer orders.
We have found in the Terms and Conditions document that all contracts made and entered into by Direct Trading Technologies Ltd will be entered into by DTT Vanuatu Ltd as principal. Customer acknowledges, understands, and agrees that Direct Trading Technologies Ltd is not acting as a broker, intermediary, or agent. This means the company is a market maker. In general, dealing with market makers involves a conflict of interest because they do not transmit every customer deal and hope that customers will lose. Every loss of customers is their profit.
