This license allows it to conduct various financial services, including receiving, transmitting, and executing customer orders.
We could not find any legal documents on the company’s website, so be careful if you decide to deal with it. Most likely, Harborx will act as a market maker and this leads to a conflict of interest, because market makers do not transmit every customer transaction for hedging and hope that clients will lose. Every loss of customers is their profit.
