Vaha Trade – what we know and have as facts about it; Vaha Trade EOOD is an investment intermediary, registered in Bulgaria. Until the beginning of June, it was regulated by the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) for transactions with securities and investment services on the Bulgarian and foreign markets.
After an inspection and investigation, Bulgaria’s financial regulator stated that it had decided to revoke the license of Vaha Trade EOOD, citing gross and systematic violations of the Markets in Financial Instruments Act as legal basis for its decision.
