These licenses allow it to conduct various financial services, including receiving, transmitting, and executing customer orders.
We have found in the Client Agreement document that TIO Markets acts as a matched principal broker on the client’s behalf in respect of CFDs and over the counter products. This means the company is not a market maker and is compensated by commissions or mark-up and interests. TIO Markets uses the Straight Through Processing (STP) model to execute the orders, acting on behalf of a client. This means that the company is not a counterparty to every client transaction and there is no conflict of interest between the parties.
