Nextmarkets Trading Limited is a division of nextmarkets GmbH, which is headquartered in Cologne. This license allows it to conduct various financial services, including receiving, transmitting, and executing customer orders.
In the Terms and Conditions document, we found that the company acts as a principal and not as an agent on the client’s behalf in the CFD trading. Nextmarkets Trading Ltd. trades with clients on a principal-to-principal, over the counter (OTC) basis, which means it is a market maker. Dealings with market makers is usually associated with a conflict of interest because when its customers lose, this is an additional profit for the company.
