This license allows it to conduct various financial services, including receiving, transmitting, and executing customer orders.
We have found in the Terms and Conditions document that Milton Markets enters into each contract as a principal. Immediately after the client enters into a contract with the company, it automatically enters into a back to back contract with a Hedging Partner. In other words, it uses the Straight Through Processing (STP) model to execute orders. This means that although the company is a counterparty to every customer transaction, there is no conflict of interest between the parties.
