Cypriot financial regulator CySEC has decided to withdraw its decision to partially suspend the license of Indication Investments Ltd. Indication Investments is a brand of the forex broker Libertex, serving retail clients through the website libertex.com. The regulator partially suspended Libertex’s license restricting the company from accepting new customers and receiving new deposits from existing clients.
CySEC noted that the company had properly complied with all restrictions required by the regulator. Libertex had removed all references to a specific commission discount from its website. It had also removed posts related to the company’s bonus campaign from its website and social media.
