LegacyFX – what we know and have as facts about it; This is the brand name of the company A.N. Allnew Investments Ltd, which is authorized and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under license number 344/17. This license allows it to conduct various financial services, including receiving, transmitting, and executing customer orders.
We found in the Client Agreement document that the company is a counterparty to any client’s transaction, acting as a market maker. This leads to a conflict of interest because market makers do not transmit every customer order for hedging and hope that clients will lose. Every loss of customers is their profit.
We also found that there are some posts in the forums about high withdrawal fees, withdrawal issues, deliberately giving wrong advice for trading, aggressive phone calls, poor or lack of customer support and wide spreads.
