The Italian Companies and Exchange Commission (CONSOB) has become another regulatory body to join the warnings about the cryptocurrency company Binance. Consob warns that the companies of the “Binance Group” are not allowed to provide investment services and activities in Italy, even via the website www.binance.com, where some sections on crypto assets have also been translated into Italian.
In June 2021, the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the imposition of requirements on Binance Markets Limited. At present, the group of companies is not allowed to undertake any regulated activities without the prior written consent of the FCA.
