We have found in the Terms of Business document that the company may act, according to the company’s sole discretion as principal or as agent on the client’s behalf. Therefore, the company may act as a counterparty to the clients’ trades. This means the company may act as a market maker whenever it chooses. In general, dealing with market makers involves a conflict of interest because they do not transmit every customer deal and hope that customers will lose. Every loss of customers is their profit.
