The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has announced that it has imposed a EUR 400,000 fine on Cyprus investment firm (CIF) Goldenburg Group Ltd. due to violations of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017. In 2021, CySEC reached a EUR 270,000 settlement with the company for possible breaches of its regulatory obligations.
