Italy’s Companies and Exchange Commission (CONSOB) continues to block access from Italian territory to another 4 unauthorized financial websites. They include: fxalta.com of Mortiz Ltd; newfxtrading.com of New Finance LLC; pelliron.com of Pelliron Universal Inc; and solidxm.com of AMA Business Solutions Ltd.
CONSOB has the right to order Internet service providers (ISPs) to deny access from Italy to websites offering financial services without the Commission’s authorization. The number of websites blocked by CONSOB since July 2019 has reached 879. Most of these websites offer CFD trading in currency pairs and cryptocurrencies.
