The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has revoked the Australian Financial Services (AFS) license of Wealth Trail Pty Ltd on 16 October 2025 after the Compensation Scheme of Last Resort (CSLR) paid $150,000 on 11 September 2025 to cover an unpaid Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) decision of 14 April 2025, which Wealth Trail failed to comply with. The mandatory revocation of the license by ASIC, triggered by the payment of the CSLR, allows Wealth Trail to retain its AFCA membership until 15 October 2026 for ongoing complaints.
