Apple has been fined 5 million euros by the Dutch antitrust regulator for failing to comply with an order to open its own app store to allow dating app providers in the Netherlands to use alternative payment methods. Apple said on January 15 that it had complied with the December order from the Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM), but the regulator said on January 24 that Apple had not done so.
