Accuindex – what we know and have as facts about it; The website www.accuindex.eu is managed by Accuindex EU Ltd (ex Ruizean Markets Ltd), which is authorized and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under license number 340/17. In addition, ACCUINDEX LTD is authorized and regulated by the Financial Service Commission (FSC) in Mauritius under license number GB19024778. These licenses allow it to conduct various financial services, including receiving, transmitting, and executing customer orders.
In the Client Agreement document, we found that Accuindex Ltd is a market maker and quotes prices at which it is prepared to deal as a counterparty to the client’s transaction. So, if you trade with the company, which is authorized in Mauritius, you will deal with a market maker. In general, dealing with market makers involves a conflict of interest because they do not transmit every customer deal and hope that customers will lose. Every loss of customers is their profit. However, the Client Agreement document for Accuindex EU Ltd shows that the company organizes the execution of orders with the Execution Venue as an agent against the client. This means Accuindex EU Ltd acts as an STP broker, so you need to be careful about which company you deal with.
